Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Sessions are paid for in advance.
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in the app or let me know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

NOTE: Cancellations within the proper time period will only be honored if you receive confirmation of the request.
- Late Arrivals – If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Regardless of the actual length of time of your session, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the time frame for appointment scheduled.
Prepayment will be required for all future sessions (at the regular session rate) if you do not show up for an appointment or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Hannah Mary reserves the right to charge for appointments not cancelled within this period.
